Betti and I met several years ago when we were both enjoying Francisca's wonderful hospitality in Manila. She was a beautiful woman with a zest for life - something she retained until the very end. She was fortunate to have had her last road trip, and to have spent these weeks surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren. Her legacy will live on through them.
